By using SideChick, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live.

what the service is

SideChick is an AI companion and research interface. Its responses can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Market data is informational, may be stale, and is not an executable quote. SideChick does not provide financial, legal or tax advice, execute trades, hold assets or control your wallet. You remain responsible for every decision and transaction.

accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your account and linked messaging accounts secure. Do not abuse the service, evade limits, interfere with other users, probe private systems, upload unlawful material or use SideChick to violate a law or another person's rights. We may restrict or end access where needed to protect the service or other people.

energy, chick and rewards

Energy funds metered provider usage. The price and estimated cost are shown in the product; completed provider work consumes Energy. USDC top-ups are handled under the payment flow shown before signing, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.

CHICK is an access credential checked through read-only on-chain balances. Holding thresholds and product benefits may change. Points have no cash or token value. Any weekly holder reward must be separately funded, allocated and recorded in the product; no reward is guaranteed merely by holding CHICK or earning points.

availability and third parties

The service depends on model, market-data, chain, storage, Telegram and other third-party providers. Features can be unavailable, rate-limited or changed. Links and retrieved third-party content remain the responsibility of their publishers.

ownership and feedback

SideChick's software, design, characters and branding remain ours or our licensors'. You keep rights in content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service. Feedback may be used without obligation.

warranties and liability

The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, SideChick is not responsible for trading losses, lost opportunities, third-party outages, indirect damages or decisions made from generated content. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
